Cost: $10 per seat

# of comped seats - 16 (8 high table and 8 servers)

Budget of $8 per person with a $48 just in case buffer.

Details:
There will be fish or seafood as the protein in one of the courses. Other proteins will likely be chicken, pork, and beans. Each course will have both savory and sweet components.

Extras:

The courses will be introduced by a member of the Performing Arts Guild who will present a performance appropriate to the culture of the course.

I will be reaching out to the Brewers guild about possible providing beverages that are in keeping with the caravan theme and the cultures represented (not part of the budget).
